Mold Remediation

When a resident complains of a specific musty smell in the closet or apartment, there is a high chance of needing our mold remediation team on site quickly.

Mold likes to grow in dark, humid, and damp conditions. Places like bathrooms, closets, around windowsills, carpets, and areas that have sustained water damage that were not properly dried all are prime breeding grounds for mold or AMG (Assumed Microbial Growth). AMG must be treated immediately when it is present in large quantities as it can potentially cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems.

Mold Examination and Lab Testing

Mold Remediation

Post-Mold Damage Repair

Air and Surface quality testing

The first step is containment of the area, followed by the use of equipment to clean and filter the air, demolition of the affected area, and repair of the property. The required care is much higher than just applying a coat of primer and covering the area.

We will remove the AMG contamination in accordance with all state and federal regulations, as well as following all recommendations within the Certified Industrial Hygienist scope of work report, the Environmental Protection Agency’s Mold Remediation Guidelines, IICRC S500 Water Damage Restoration Standard, S520 Mold Remediation Standards, and ACGIH recommendations for remediation of microbial contamination.

Don't wait until it's too late! Immediate action is required at the first sign of mold.
